الشرح المختصر
"Sharee‘ah" (Islamic law) is all the beliefs and laws that Allah the Almighty has legislated. It is also defined as the clear path in the religion.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر
"Sharee‘ah": the clear path that leads to the water. It was called as such because of its clarity and visibility. Then it has mostly been used to refer to what Allah has legislated and ordained for His slaves of religious laws and commandments.
