“Taghrir” in contracts means showing the commodity in a way other than its real condition in order to encourage the other party into concluding the contract. In other words, it is to mislead others into believing that a commodity has certain qualities while in fact it doesn’t. One might use a physical means of deception such as tying the udder of a sheep until it becomes laden with milk, or verbal deception as saying that the commodity has a certain quality that it does not actually have.
“Taghreer”: exposing oneself or someone else to deceit, risk, or destruction.
To trick someone while pretending to give good counsel and to state wrong in a manner that give an impression of its being right.
