It has various manifestations: 1- "Tamtamah", which is the repetition of the /m/ and /t/ sounds. 2- "Fa'fa'ah", which is the frequent repetition of the /f/ sound in speech. 3- "Ta'ta'ah", which is the frequent repetition of the /t/ sound. 4- Stammering, which is the frequent repetition of a single sound while speaking, such as the /r/ or the /q/ sounds. It is not restricted to the /f/ sound.
