التعريف
This refers to an attribute of God, the mighty and exalted. It means that he gives life to the lifeless sperm and makes it produce a living being. He brings the long dead bodies into life at the time of resurrection. He gives life to hearts and minds with the light of knowledge, and he gives life to the barren land with rainfalls, making the land produce plants that give sustenance.
