Legal competence

التعريف
A person’s suitability to do something in a way that is acceptable from the shariah point of view. Legal competence is lost by the loss of one’s mental faculties. It is not possible for an unborn fetus, nor for a child under seven years of age. It remains incomplete in the case of a child from reaching the age of discretion until attaining puberty.
