المعنى الاصطلاحي
The known body organ that extends from the hand or foot.
الشرح المختصر
"Isba‘" (finger/toe) is a visible body part that extends from the tip of the hand or foot. The fingers are five: the thumb, followed by the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger. Each finger contains three "barājim" (knuckles) except the thumb.
التعريف اللغوي المختصر
"Isba‘" (pl. asābi‘, asābee‘): finger or toe. The term is also used metaphorically to mean a good reputation.
