Taking someone else’s property openly, forcibly, and without giving him anything in return.
الشرح المختصر
"Nahb" (pillaging/robbing) is a crime and a sin that does not have a prescribed punishment. It is subject to a discretionary punishment. It means taking someone's property illegally, without his consent. In doing so, one consumes others' property unjustly.
