An agreement between two individuals or more on the sharing of a specific utility between them.
الشرح المختصر
"Muhaya"ah" (joint usufruct) is a type of utility sharing without sharing its ownership, such as two partners taking turns to use a house. The house may have been endowed to them, rented to them or their heirs, or owned by them. "Muhaya"ah" is divided to two categories: 1. Time-based: when two partners agree to take turns living in a house; one year each. 2. Place-based: where two partners agree to a share a certain piece of land with each of them planting half.
